whoa :O what a wonderfully creative play on the prompt!! at first i wasnt too sure bc i had a tiny bit of difficulty getting past the enemies, but im honestly really glad i stuck it out bc i love this!! both the concept and the execution of it!
i especially loved that last bit you had to destroy, very clever c: and also i gotta admit, it was very satisfying just sliding around at hyperspeed once fully upgraded lol
all in all, a very interesting and creative game! good job!
unfortunately it requires a keyboard and mouse, so you CAN play on android but you'll need a USB keyboard to plug in :p This other game in the same series works on android though:
It's a simple game, but it's kind of a great concept. The pacing was fairly good too. It was also just fun to destroy the whole map, and the little bit you destroy at the end was clever. My only complaint might be it's a little hard to control, but it isn't a very long or amazingly difficult game, so it doesn't matter much.
Oh I adore games that are short, punchy and to the point! And yet I somehow still manage to overthink them.
I especially love how the game starts you off a bit wimpish and you have to slowly but surely work your way up to being able to beat enemies on certain screens, before slowly but surely eradicating everything everywhere.
I honestly didn't make any connections between the "protagonist" and Cthulhu until I checked the tags on the game page either. Because I'm super smart like that.
Anywho, this is a great way to spend 10 minutes, if you feel the need to mercilessly crush some weak foes beneath your mighty feet after another rough day of living in the normal world. So get cracking!
And Adrien, keep up the awesome work, I had a lot of fun with this one =)
Fun little game but it has a couple bugs. And it gets too easy once you get the upgrades. Also after getting the power ups you go start moving way toooo fast.
Am I missing something in the gameplay? The enemies are all faster than me, and the only one I can outmanuever is the one immediately to the left. Do I just suck?
Very fun game to play! At first I didn't want to ruin the map but it changed quite quickly :D
I don't know if you've heard of Game Development World Championship before (gdwc2019) but it's a competition for indie game developers where they can submit their games and it's free! It's great if you want some more visibility for the game and it only takes a couple of minutes to join :)
Oh that's just you. Or more like just your laptop, there's usually a build in function to the trackpad that deactivates it while you are typing so that you don't click by accident with your left thumb rest. For some odd reason this also sometimes affects the mouse.
Consider going to your settings and removing a checkbox (will depend on what your OS is)

Intro was a bit boring and the movement was a bit slippery, but v interesting twist!
glad you liked it despite the intro :)
any chance there's a connection to this and wizard ran 3 based off the ending? or am I tripping over the fact that the boxes look the exact same
yeah, this game is a basically a cameo in the wizard ran 3 ur not tripping :)
THATS SO COOL
glad u liked it :)
I love the concept! Nice execution!
NOICE!
Gaah I'm so bad at this I can't even kill a single creature before they run right at me and get me
you need to figure out ways to avoid them to reach powerups :)

Wow! Impressive entry! I actually didn't expect this high quality of a game here! Good Job!
thanks for hosting that jam :)

Could you maybe list the bugs you've encountered? :) I might make an updated polished version at some point.
started out a bit hard but was a lot of fun afterwards! :-)
thanks for playing! Consider sending it to your friends if you liked it!

You just need to outmaneuver enemies until you find a powerup :)
Oh man, thanks for getting back to me, this was a great experience!
The music is very homestucky. I love it

I'll look this up thanks :o
well it's done! I've submitted my game :)
That's great! :D
I dunno if it's just me but my mouse won't move while I'm moving.

Thanks, this is very appreciated :)
Nice! I really liked how my mental goal changed over time
(kill the king->kill all enemies->Take everything appart)
Working as intended then, thanks a lot for playing :)
